Koogler Middle School Addition & Renovations | Aztec, New Mexico
This $12 million renovation and addition project expanded and upgraded an existing middle school. The project was one of several our firm completed as part of Aztec Municipal School’s $40 million school bond in 2007.
Two existing classroom buildings were demolished. A new two-story classroom and administration building was constructed. Renovations to the main gymnasium included a new wood floor, bleachers, extensive locker room renovations and elimination of the basement and mezzanine levels. A new health classroom and weight room were also added. Extensive site re-development included storm drainage, sidewalks, parking lot, and parent and bus lanes.
