Los Lunas Middle School Gym Renovation | Los Lunas, New Mexico
This project provided much-needed improvements to Los Lunas Middle School’s 1950s-era gymnasium. Renovations were extensive—including ADA upgrades, new finishes, roof replacements, increased insulation, new windows, new plumbing, new lighting, new fi re alarms & intercom system, addition of fire sprinklers, a new security system, and new mechanical system.
Our team carefully sequenced the construction work for the gym to commence after the basketball season and the evacuation of the gym for the summer. Our Construction Document planning fully isolated all construction activities, including construction deliveries, from the day-to-day campus activities.
